Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-10. These terms govern your use of Inklet AI. By using the service you agree to be bound by them. If your business needs a custom DPA or MSA, write to hello@inklet.ai.

1. Account & Eligibility

You must be 18+ and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Subscription, Trial, & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). New customers get a 7-day free trial. Monthly plans are refundable for 30 days from first charge, no questions asked. Annual plans are pro-rated. AppSumo lifetime codes follow AppSumo's 60-day refund policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer the service, (b) generate content that violates third-party rights, (c) use the service to send unsolicited bulk email, (d) abuse our LLM cost ceilings to deny service to other tenants.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to content you upload and generate via Inklet. We do not train models on your content. We need a limited license to process, store, and return your content as part of providing the service.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Status: status.inklet.ai.

6. Liability

Total aggregate liability is capped at the greater of $50 or what you paid in the last 12 months. We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you may export your data for 90 days; thereafter we delete it.
