Refund Policy

Effective: 2026-08-01.

The terms below are the same however you paid. Email support@clawwww.pw and we will process it: card purchases are refunded by Creem, our Merchant of Record, and PayPal purchases are refunded by us directly through PayPal. Either way the money returns to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Monthly plans

30-day no-questions-asked refund from the first charge.

Annual plans

Refundable within 14 days; pro-rata refunds available between 14-90 days; not refundable after 90 days. Cancel anytime to stop renewal from your billing page inside the app.

One-time purchases

The SEO + GEO Playbook and template pack is refundable for 14 days. Article credit packs are refundable for 14 days provided no credits have been spent; if some have, we refund the unused portion.

AppSumo lifetime codes

AppSumo's standard 60-day refund policy applies. Process the refund through AppSumo; we revoke access automatically on `code.refunded` webhook.

Service interruption credits

If sustained downtime in a month exceeds 1%, we credit the next invoice 10% of MRR; report incidents to support within 14 days.
